We like to get out and about into the community as much as possible, whether this be for charity events, marshalling or many other ways to help great causes!! Heres just a few of what we've been up to...
Convoy 4 Heroes
Haddenham Beer Fest 2017
Convoy For Heroes (C4H) is a great cause that is volunteer run and raises money towards Help For Heroes, a charity that gives much needed support to Service Personnel and Military Veterans with injuries, illnesses and wounds sustained while serving in the British Armed Forces. In order to do this the C4H weekender has many elements, the main attraction being the attempt each year to break the Guinness world record for the number of Land Rovers in a convoy.
Since the beginning of C4H DirtyDogs has attended every single weekender. To also help bump up the charity cashpot, we have held our own charity quiz nights and donated prizes towards the C4H auction.

Haddenham Beer Fest is a charity fundraiser weekend in the village of Haddenham (Cambridgeshire) celebrating local bands/artists, local businesses and of course local beers & ciders!
This year we helped out by sponsoring a barrel of "Horny Goat" produced by Lord Conrad's Brewery in Dry Drayton. (Thanks to our resident beer expert Graham Pedley)

Sunday 22nd we joined around 200 Land Rovers for a drive around the Norfolk countryside with various stops along the way, organised by the Norfolk Fire Service to raise money for 'The Firefighters Charity'. We each made a £10 donation per vehicle in return for a route map and directions. The weather wasnt the best and the number of Land Rovers was only expected to be around 50 but Land Rovers lovers united for a great day out all for a great cause.
